Interacting With Parents

In a Child’s Path has an open-door policy; parents may come by any time. Caregivers share observations about the child’s day, on paper and face-to-face. While the parent is the child’s primary source of affection and care, the caregiver is happy to share observations, acting as a resource to parents.

Clothing & Supplies

Parents should supply an extra change of clothes; several for those who are transitioning to using the toilet. Please label everything in permanent marker.

Snacks & Meals

In a Child’s Path Farm Preschool provides breakfast and lunch. As a participant in the USDA food program, we ensure that children’s meals and snacks are balanced, containing a variety of healthy foods. Meals are prepared on site by the staff. We work with parents to accommodate special food requirements due to allergies or other medical conditions.
