Forest School

In a Child’s Path is proud to offer a unique program: Forest School. We are certified in the Cedarsong philosophy and have created this program to provide children the unique opportunity to learn through exposure to nature. On our eight acre farm, we help children connect with the natural world to foster compassion for the earth and its creatures.

Through our entirely outdoor program, we encourage children to explore their natural environment to build a relationship with nature. And, we take lessons from nature to apply to their greater understanding of the world. Whether we are examining salamander eggs in our pond, tromping through puddles, or building forts with twigs from downed branches in our forested area, the students of forest school develop a deep connection to the natural environment.
